With the death of the Intaro Rhiannon and the growing conflicts about justice and injustice, the limits of existence and their violation, the unthinkable happened: Whole regions of Athyria were depopulated by mysterious catastrophes of unknown origins. While houses and palaces, fields and libraries remained untouched, the population died a cruel and silent death without any premonition.
And so today whole realms are vacant where one can find ghost towns and castles.
They stand as an eternal memorial and are a constant reminder that the worst of all fates will follow where the fight around the meaning of existence can not be resolved.
